Founders and companies may submit business plans, technical white papers, and related materials to us. Submission does not create an advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or investment relationship unless agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
If information is highly confidential, please request an NDA before sending sensitive materials. We are willing to execute an NDA at the initial discussion stage when appropriate.
AI-assisted diligence
We may use internal AI-assisted research tools to support document review, technical analysis, and investment memo drafting. Final investment decisions remain subject to human review and partner judgment.
